Having thoughts and acting on them are completely two different things, thank God. That being said, having sexual thoughts about someone who happens to be the same gender as you does not make you bi any more than thinking about killing your boss makes you a murderer. At most, you might be considered "bi-curious" by those that have a need to label everything. It sounds to me like it's more along the lines of a girl-crush - which isn't exclusive to sex, but rather an extension of feeling overwhelmed by another personality and how much you may be attracted to those traits.
